Within 30 days of buying Pro, we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked. Just email us from the address you used to purchase.

How to request a refund

Email support@syncsaurs.app with the email address you used at checkout. Once we confirm the purchase, refunds are usually processed within 3 business days.

Processing & payout

Refunds are issued through Paddle, our payment provider, back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a monthly or yearly subscription anytime before the next billing date; cancelling stops future charges. Pro stays active for the rest of the paid period.
